Access control and intercom systems
ELECTRONIC SECURITY · EN 60839 · GDPR
We design, install and commission access control and intercom systems for office, residential and industrial buildings in the Bucharest-Ilfov area. We hand over the system fully configured, with trained personnel and a complete acceptance file.
What we execute
We install complete access control systems: card and biometric readers, electromagnetic and electromechanical locks, turnstiles and speed gates, audio-video intercoms. We run the dedicated cabling, install the access control panels and configure the management software. Together with the client, we define access levels by zone and by time interval. On request, we integrate the system with staff time and attendance and with the building's BMS, so that a single card covers access, attendance and the building's security scenarios.
How we work
During design we define the system architecture, the cabling topology and the integration points with time and attendance and the BMS. During installation we coordinate cable routes with the other low-voltage systems to avoid repeated work on the same route. At commissioning we test every access point: reading, release, behaviour on power failure and on fire alarm signal. A single point of contact is responsible for the project, from design to acceptance.
The complete process, with the same team: design → execution → PIF → maintenance.
Compliance and handover
We design and install in accordance with the EN 60839 series of standards for electronic security systems. Access data is personal data: we configure log retention and administration rights in line with the GDPR and provide the client with the records required for the processing register. At handover we train the designated personnel: card administration, reporting, and the procedure for a lost card. The training is documented in a report. The acceptance file contains a table of contents (OPIS), the as-built documentation and the reports drawn up during the works.
What we hand over at acceptance
- Technical design and as-built documentation
- Concealed works report (PVLA) for the cabling routes
- Measurement reports for the data cabling
- Commissioning report (PIF) with tests on every access point
- Access rights matrix, configured and handed over to the client
- Personnel training report and acceptance file table of contents (OPIS)
