BMS automation on open protocols

We design and commission building management systems (BMS) based on KNX, BACnet and Modbus. At acceptance, the client receives the complete register documentation and remains the owner of the system, not the hostage of a supplier.
What we execute
We integrate the building's systems into the BMS: HVAC (air handling units, chillers, fan coil units), lighting, utility metering and energy monitoring. We install programmable controllers, sensors and actuators, wire the communication buses and configure the supervisory station, either local or cloud-based. We work exclusively on open protocols: KNX for lighting and room control, BACnet for HVAC, Modbus for meters and switchboards. Any integrator can take over the system later, based on the documentation handed over.
How we work
We follow the standard VersaLogic process: design, installation, commissioning, maintenance. During design, we define the I/O list and the communication architecture, coordinated with the electrical and HVAC designs. During installation, we wire and mount the equipment in parallel with the other divisions, with a single point of contact for the client. During commissioning, we test point by point, calibrate the control loops and train the operating staff. Maintenance continues under contract, with access to the same team.

Compliance and documentation
The automation panels comply with SR EN 61439-2, the associated electrical installations with I7-2011, and the communication cabling with SR EN 50173. At acceptance, we hand over the complete file: as-built design, verified I/O list, Modbus register maps and BACnet/KNX addresses for each device, plus the test reports. The client can audit, extend or change the integrator without depending on us. We consider this a contractual obligation, not a commercial courtesy.
